This stylish modern suite is perfectly located on Hwy 24, with private National Forest access and breathtaking views of Pikes Peak. The Nest is minutes away from 3 world-class reservoirs and 2 gold metal streams. Endless opportunities await for rock hounding, wildlife enthusiast and OTV’ers with China Wall and Rampart Range close by. If you want to wander, Ski Breck is 1:15hr drive over Wilkerson Pass. The space Located above The Ponderosa Country Store (currently closed) with parking provided to accommodate large or small vehicles. The Nest is 45 minutes west of Colorado Springs, just before Wilkerson Pass 50 miles from Buena Vista or Fairplay. You’ll get a comfy nights sleep in the California king bed and wake up with energy to tour the sites. A separate water closet and showering area provide privacy while expediting getting ready. If you’re here for a play, but still need to work, we have provided a desk space and internet to assist you. When you’re ready, Lake George has much to explore. Walk out back into national forest and enjoy an abundance of wildlife. When you’re done adventuring come back and enjoy a hot shower. Guest access Guests enter through the back door and up one flight of stairs. The door at the top of the stairs to the right is Apartment A. Guest check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. Other things to note There is one flight of steps to the entrance of the apartment.
