The tastefully restored and decorated Grade II cottage benefits from a private garden/courtyard with mature trees, shrubs and plants. Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast or enjoy stunning views on the coastal/rural walks nearby and luxuriate in the array of independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants that the characterful town offers. The space Living – Cosy and romantic open plan living area with vaulted ceiling and ‘Amtico’ flooring, Dimplex Optiflame electric fire, fast WIFI Internet access and a 360 degree rotating ceiling mounted LG 43” 4K Smart TV, enabling guests to view the TV from the sofa, dining table or from the comfort of the bed. Kitchen – Fully equipped high spec integrated full size kitchen units with dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas hob & oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, toaster, utensils, etc. Sleeping – Tastefully separated from the main open plan living area with a partition and voile is the sleeping area with a super comfortable king-sized 1000 spring pocket memory foam layered hybrid mattress, Fogarty quilt & Dreamloft pillows offering a restful night’s sleep. Bathroom – A Jasper Morrison designed suite: a steel bath with wall mounted mixer taps controlling bath / hand held shower head / traditional riser shower, heated towel rail, Amtico flooring and ceiling integrated DAB sound system all forms a relaxing bath/shower experience after a full day of exploring the local area.
