The bedroom configuration allows for a large king size arrangement or two twin beds, whichever is your personal preference. If king size is not your thing, please let us know and we will re-arrange prior to your arrival. There is a separate study which can also convert into a sleeping space with a single bed. Guest access A single off-street parking bay is allocated for exclusive use of guests in this unit. The unit is accessed through your own security gate and is completely private. Other things to note The unit allows for self-catering stays and is equipped with essential cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. For short-term stays (1 week or less), a small selection of refreshments are available on an honesty payment basis. Replenishment will be done on request during your stay. All stays include a weekly cleaning service and re-stock of the tea/coffee selection. Bedding and towels will be changed weekly. A light continental-styled breakfast daily can be arranged at an additional fee, as well as a more frequent cleaning service or linen change. Whilst check-in is strictly after 2PM (14:00) and check-out strictly before 11AM (11:00), early check-ins and late check-outs can be accommodated if arranged ahead of time. An additional fee of R150 will apply. We gladly accommodate pets, however an additional fee of R650 applies for pets, irrespective of the duration of the stay.
