Come & unwind in nature in our stylish, warm, timber-framed lodge. Designed & built for the lightest impact on its environment. Relax in the open-plan living area gazing over the fields & woods. Free wood-fired, stream-side sauna when you stay 6 nights+. We also offer Rewilding walks & Wild Running & Walking Retreats (as seen in the Guardian). Access on foot over a woodland burn. If you can bear to leave, stunning beaches await you! As seen in Times '25 best cabin stays in the UK'. EV charger. The space Rustic outside, luxury, warm, timber-framed lodge inside. Guilt free central heating & log burner. Large open-plan living area with locally sourced oak kitchen, island with induction hob, microwave and undercounter fridge. Also toaster and kettle- all energy efficient appliances and powered by green energy. The bathroom has a warm shower (powered by our locally sourced farm milled timber), flushing loo and wash basin. Two bedrooms- one double, the other double/single bunk. Wood-fuelled, streamside sauna free when you stay 6 nights or more (otherwise bookable) rewilding farm walks & wild retreats also bookable. If you have need more rooms for family/friends, we also have Auchgoyle Farmhouse with 4 large bedrooms (8 guests) that can also be rented on AirBnB. Guest access You can enjoy and indulge in having the eco-lodge and surroundings to yourselves. It is located in a field where grass-hopper warblers sing in the summer and barn owls and even hen harriers can be seen quartering in the winter. A woodland burn runs near to the back of the property with wildflowers. Woodlands have been planted in the fields beyond. Step out of the lodge and listen to tawny owls while you watch the nights stars by a fire pit or sit and watch dippers by the stream. Other things to note Sandy beaches, temperate rainforests, bays, rock pooling & miles of tracks within a couple of miles of the farm. Perfect for running, cycling, walking & children! Access is on foot across the burn. Wellie boots are recommended for crossing the stream and walking the farm. We do have a selection of wellies if you don't. The farm is accessed via a long rough farm track. The farm (including farmhouse grounds) are being managed for biodiversity- there are ponds, long grass, streams, log piles, stinging nettles, tractor etc. Please, if you bring children, be aware of these potentially hazardous environments and watch them. Animals include a small herd of rare breed Shetland cattle, ponies, chickens, geese and farm dog, Poppy. Registration details AR01248F
