The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Hyde Park where you can enjoy nice walks and have breakfast is 3 minutes by walk from the property. (the lift is currently out of service.) Notting Hill is only 10 minutes walking distance as Paddington Station. The Flat has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with 2 sofa beds, bathroom with shower and the bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The space Note: The building has a lift, but it is temporarily out of service. Due to this, a 20% discount has already been applied to the total reservation amount. We will update the amenities once the lift is back in service. Other things to note No Smoking Inside Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. No Parties or Events This is a quiet, residential area, and parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Guest Limit The number of guests must be selected during the booking process and is non-negotiable. Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to stay. Any unauthorized guests will be asked to leave and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Pets Pets are not allowed Check-in and Check-out Times Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and our latest check-out is 11:00 AM. Security & Keys Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the property. Lost keys or access cards will incur a replacement fee.
