The space The apartment was completed in May 2023, is located on the ground floor, and spans approximately 40 m². Centrally located in the beautiful district of Feyen in Trier-South, you can reach the city center by bus in about 15 minutes. A recreational area is just a 5-minute walk away, ideal for jogging or unwinding after a busy day. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Parking There are plenty of free parking spaces directly in front of the apartment, making it easy to unload luggage and groceries. Additionally, a parking space is available in the attached, covered, and secured garage for an extra €5 per day. The Moselle region, with its picturesque wine villages, stretches all the way to Cochem, Bernkastel-Kues, and Traben-Trarbach. It invites visitors not only to hike, cycle, enjoy wine tastings, and relax, but also to discover a truly unique wine landscape. Bordering directly on Luxembourg, this location offers tax advantages such as reduced prices on fuel, coffee, and other luxury goods.
