Enjoy the downstairs deck with 8 seater table to catch the morning sun and upstairs deck with bar table, outdoor sofa and Weber Q BBQ for those lazy afternoons and evenings. The space Inside: Our home is 2 levels and all bedrooms, kitchen and open plan lounge/dining are upstairs. There is a large master bedroom with ensuite upstairs and a smaller bathroom with shower and vanity and a separate toilet downstairs. The master is large enough to fit a portacot if you're bringing your own as we don't have one available. There is also another large living space downstairs opening out to the deck and backyard. This is ideal for families with kids needing their own area and a cooler place to retreat to in the hotter months. Outside: The yard is fully enclosed and secure for children and dogs and there is plenty of shade in the garage/car port in summer if you wish to leave your dog(s) at home while exploring some local attractions. The garage is not completely closed in so dogs can come and go but it may be a bit cold to leave them there during the winter months. The backyard deck has an 8 seater table with umbrella and there is also a downstairs fridge and laundry sink. The upstairs deck has a lounge, an ottoman , coffee table and a 4 seater bar table and a small Weber Q BBQ. There are outside remote controlled blinds which helps to keep this area shady on hot afternoons/evenings Guest access You will have access to the whole house, double car port/garage and yard which you'll have to yourselves
