Welcome to The Cobbeydale Room – a peaceful retreat in the heart of Yorkshire. Ideal for business trips, walking holidays or relaxing breaks, the room offers a comfortable double bedroom, private bathroom, free parking, Wi‑Fi and access to shared living spaces. Breakfast items are available on request. As this is a family home, you may occasionally hear everyday activity, but we aim to ensure a welcoming and relaxing stay. The space A beautifully presented semi-detached home located on the outskirts of the charming town of Silsden. Perfectly positioned for business or leisure stays, with excellent transport links to Leeds, Bradford and Skipton, as well as easy access to local train stations and bus routes. Silsden is an ideal base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, offering fantastic walking, cycling and sightseeing opportunities right on the doorstep. Guests can enjoy a spacious double bedroom complete with fresh linen, bath towels, complimentary Wi-Fi and a dedicated private bathroom. A shared kitchen and comfortable lounge area are also available for guests to use and will be shared with our family and two children. Guest access Guests will access the property through the main door. Guests will have access to the kitchen, private bedroom and bathroom, as well as the lounge if they wish (although the lounge will be shared with us) throughout summer guests will also have access to the bbq and outdoor dining area During your stay I will be available in person to answer any questions Other things to note Quiet time between 23.00-07.00
