Renovated house from the early 60s with 3 bedrooms (2 smaller and one bigger) + a sofa bed in the living room. The house have capacity of seven people. Lovely bathroom with suna and washing machine. There is access to the backyard terrace directly from the bathroom. Here you have the possibility to chill after the hot sauna. The second terrace at the front of the house faces south and has seating for up to 10 people. You have direct access to it from the kitchen. The house is bright and located in a calm area with a big garden. There is a parking lot for two cars. PLEAS NOTE: - Normally, there is a dog living in the house, so it's not suitable for those with dog allergies. We welcome dogs, so please include them in the booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture, so please bring your own dog bed. Cars are not allowed. - The house is not childproofed and recommended for toddlers. You will have the whole house and garden for yourself. The basement and the guesthouse is not available for our guests. We live in Gothenburg 45 drive from Lilla Askerön, if there is any questions just write us a massage. One of the most iconic features of the west coast is the stunning archipelago. And the house is located on one of many islands that is reach by car. The sea is within close reach, offering bathing opportunities just 150 meters from the house on a rocky beach. Alternatively, you can take a path leading to a pier, also a mere 150 meters away. There is a public beach located 1 km away, easily visible when you arrive by car. The surroundings offering a paradise for boaters, kayakers, and nature enthusiasts. The house is located on a gravel road in a peaceful area, with only a few houses around the street, providing a sense of privacy. There is free parking facilities for two cars just by the house. If you arrive by bus it’s a a bus stop about 4 km from the house, you will need to order a cab or check out the travel table at Västtrafik. • The key is in a key looker on the right hand of the main door. • In Sweden we organize al the garbage, and our guests are responsible for following those rules and sorting and recycling your rubbish • The house is non-smoking • We do not have shoes inside • There is a trampoline in the garden, use this with care. MAX 3 people it has a maximum weight of 90 kg.
