Walk out the back door of the kitchen to the fully-furnished deck, overlooking the private backyard and pier. Take a stroll down past the chicken coop to another furnished deck and private pier. *There is a locked-off lower-level apartment with a long-term tenant who helps maintain the grounds and the chicken coop.
