S3 is 1 of 6 exclusive units in Hauz Khas Retreat. Relaxing in this airconditioned private room with large French-windows, you soak in the unique view of 13th century monument complex nestled amidst the sprawling city forest, Lake & Deer Park. The 400 sq ft of King bed, Sofa, study table, refrigerator, microwave and large bathroom is located in a serene lane of Hauz Khas Village. HKV is a vibrant place with multi-cuisine restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Boutiques and Art Galleries. The space Hauz Khas Retreat is our home and we have developed the upper floors with two serviced apartments and four private rooms on a Homestay BnB concept. Guest access S3 unit is an exclusive area including bedroom with sofa, study table, kitchenette and an attached private bathroom. The access to this unit is from the common stairs which further lead to the upper floor and common terrace on top of the building. Guests can access the terrace for yoga/exercises, relaxing, soaking in the sun and to use the common washing machine. During your stay We live on the First Floor of "Hauz Khas Retreat", and I have my study on the Ground Floor. Then we have our house staff whose mobile number shall be shared on guest arrival. Texting messages is convenient and meeting guests is my pleasure.
