My small and cozy property is located in one of Guadalajara's quietest and safest neighborhoods where you can rest comfortably and also enjoy the outdoor life since around the area where it is located, a few steps away, you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, snacks, supermarkets and everything you need to have a good time, as well as enjoy the cultural life of the Chapalita roundabout. The space I, Maria, and my husband Claudio, both designers, built everything in this space with our hands and with our hearts; the kitchen, the bedroom, the lamps, even the staircase, thinking about how we would like a place to stay. Two-story apartment. The ground floor has a kitchenette, a dining bar with two benches, a living room with two single armchairs and a TV with Netfilx included, a spiral staircase to access the bedroom and at the back a cozy outdoor patio with natural vegetation, chairs and outdoor table and hooks to hang a hammock. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed, a closet and a bathroom with a shower. Guest access Independent apartment located next to the host's house. The property's entrance is shared. Being right next to our house, in a family atmosphere, you can feel safe and confident that we will be aware of anything you may need and at the same time enjoy your privacy. This also makes it easy for us to be very flexible with guest check-in and check-out times. We always try to welcome you to personally assist you and make you feel invited and welcome to our space. If you have any questions, we'll answer them, and if you need recommendations, we'll give them to you. If you prefer to have complete independence and not interact with us, we have no problem with that, we can give you remote access.
