Apartment

Hello, my name is Johnny, I live in Cologne, Germany. This is my small apartment that I would like to rent out for the time I am not in my country. It has everything you need. It is in a neighborhood in Monte Llano, near the airport. The apartment is next to my mother's house. It is very familiar and pleasant. If you are interested, I would be happy to help you :-) My house is your house. The space My apartment is small but has everything you need to feel comfortable. The double bed can be folded up and thus you have a living room with a corner couch. The kitchen is not suitable for preparing a multi-course menu, but small things are not a problem. There is an electric hot plate. In the bathroom there is a toilet, sink and shower. The water comes from a water reservoir on the roof, so it should be used sparingly. There is also a wardrobe. TV with local programs and fan is also provided. Unfortunately, there is no Internet, but it can be arranged for longer stays. A small balcony to drink Presidente in the evening completes the apartment. Other things to note A little tip from me: It is sometimes cheaper to buy lunch than to cook for yourself. I can arrange for them to receive a freshly prepared Dominican dish every day.
