Tree Fern Tiny House

Nestled on an acre of land at the edge of Marysville township, Tree Fern Tiny House is surrounded by lush forest yet is mere minutes away from the conveniences of town. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the simple things in life. Unwind with a good book in front of the fire, take a rest in the hammock, enjoy a cuppa on the deck or simply breathe in the mountain air. The space Measuring 6 metres long and 2.5 metres wide this fully transportable home has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Tree Fern Tiny House has a double bed located in the loft. The kitchen boasts a full sized fridge, induction stovetop, combination microwave/oven, electric kettle and toaster. There is large sink to make washing up easy and plenty of under-stair storage for keeping your luggage and supplies. The toilet is connected to town sewage, so there will be no putting up with bad smells. Hand soap and towels/bath linen is provided. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies including but not limited to; oil, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, breakfast condiments. A large couch next to the window provides the perfect spot to lounge in front of the fire and enjoy the view or read a book. A fold away card table stored next to the couch can be used for dining inside during inclement weather. A split system air-conditioner/heater means you stay comfortable in both summer and winter, while the wood fireplace offers both ambiance and warmth. There is no wi-fi available but mobile phone reception is excellent. We do not have a television and have yet to feel the need for one. We encourage you to simply enjoy the serenity or make use of the games/books/puzzles/playing cards provided. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the tiny house and are welcome to walk on our property. We do ask that all visitors respect our neighbours and refrain from walking through neighbouring properties. We have a small outdoor undercover area (carport) fitted with an outdoor sink, bbq and table and chairs which guests are free to use. Other things to note Tree Fern Tiny House has connections to town water, sewerage and electricity. Instantaneous gas powers the hot water system ensuring you can always step into a lovely hot shower. You will be required to connect the water and electricity when you arrive, as well as turn on the gas. This is all reasonably simple and you will be provided with clear instructions prior to arrival. However, be mindful to allow 5-10 mins to "get set up" when you arrive. On departure we ask that you turn off/disconnect the gas/water/electricity.
