A convenient, 2-bedroom condo with balcony in the heart of Naga City. With its cozy interior, amenities you wouldn't usually get with short term rentals, its within proximity to major establishments, easy access to available transportation; you will have a pleasant stay here at our second home. We know you'll love the experience as much as our little family does. So, welcome to our crib! The space Our space can accommodate a family or group of 4. But if you want to squeeze in a couple more guests, sure! A maximum of six people can still feel comfortable since we have a bunk room, a sofa bed in the living room, and a double room. We also have a balcony, so smokers and vapers are allowed in that area. We have a smoke detector and sprinkler in the unit for everyone's safety. Other things to note • Kindly check the ADDITIONAL PHOTOS to see what we added to our amenities and our DEDICATED BASEMENT PARKING (with a minimal daily fee) • We have photos and video guides that you may access using the smart TV we have in the unit • I will also provide assistance by providing a quick home tour so you'll know how to quickly adapt to the space • We love pets. However, our tiny home will not be able to provide comfort for them as it can for their "hoomans." • The balcony is a place where you can get some fresh air and also the only space dedicated to smokers and vapers, apart from the outside of the condo building. • Kindly advise me in advance if you will be needing the 2 LAN cables we have available in our unit, so we can prepare it for you. •There is a fee of only 500 pesos for early check in and late check out within an 8-hour window. •We have a dedicated basement parking slot for a minimal fee of P300 for one night (and peak seasons) and P250 per night for 3 nights or more.
