The yard is shared with the homeowner, but the host rarely (if ever) uses it while guests are staying, ensuring privacy. Please note: the suite is attached to the main home with one shared wall. While we won’t see each other, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds. The space is fully locked off, private, and secured with a smart lock for self check-in. Your comfort matters - I’ll do everything I can to make your stay fabulous! Other things to note Many items have already been noted, but please take note of these important details when booking: -1 dedicated and free parking spot in the alley for your stay. -No pets allowed and absolutely no smoking of any kind on premises; NOT 420 friendly! -No firearms of weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. -We ask that you are quiet after 10pm in the backyard as this is a neighborhood. -No more than 2 people allowed at the unit or inside the property.
