Our fully renovated three bedroom, two bath home is situated on a three lot property with a 6 foot privacy fence. Grill, firepit and plenty of space for outdoor fun! Smart TV's in every room as well as bluetooth surround sound in the main area. Enjoy your meals outdoors on the covered deck or inside at the island. Plenty of games and toys for rainy days! The space Fully equipped Kitchen and Living room are open concept with island seating for up to six. First bedroom offers a queen bed with dresser, smart TV and closet. There is a full bathroom attached to first bedroom but also offers access to main area. Second bedroom has two queen beds, private full bath attached, dresser and closet. Third bedroom has a twin bed, closed shelving and chest for storage as well as a cube shelf with toys and a smart TV. Front door access from third bedroom but has three locks for safety. Laundry room with washer and dryer. All rooms offer blinds for privacy. Pack and play and child's cot available as well as a sound machine. Bath towels, extra blankets, first aid kit and games are available as well. Guest access During your stay you will have full access to the entire property with the exception of the shed which will remain locked during your stay. Other things to note Public lake access (around 400ft from home) including fishing, boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground and public restrooms. Gas station grocery store, dollar store, coffee shop, bait and tackle shop, ice cream all within walking distance. Lake offers both boat and golf cart rentals.
