Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay located in a quiet area with private access to the North Fork of the South Platte river running through it with its own two ponds. Feel free to explore the area as you will find many places to fish, hike, or mountain bike! Or sit back and read a book. Games in front closet to play. A fishing license needed on property. Enjoy the hot tub. Horseshoe pit in front. Disc golf with 4 baskets. The space Main floor -Master has a King size bed and a Twin -Secondary bedroom offers a Queen size bed Basement -Bedroom with bathroom has 2 bunk beds with 2 Twin-over-Twin -Other bedroom has a bunk bed with Twin-over-Queen Hot tub for upper tier cabin. Remainder of outdoors (river & ponds) shared with Fishing Cabin below. Guest access Please do not go in locked areas or closets. Garage and storage shed is not to be used or opened. You are welcome to catch and release fish on the property! Trout in river can be kept, we just ask for a picture of them and lure type used to aid future guests :) A fishing license is required by Colorado State Wildlife. Chicken coop by river has low beams and rusty nails, construction materials, etc, explorers beware. Loose rocks abound, please be mindful. River is cold, and swift in parts, not ideal for swimming. We do not allow pets at this property for multiple reason but especially for your pets safety because we see bears and mountain lions, eagles and more wandering the property fairly often. **If the no pet rule is broken a significant fine will be charged.** Thank you for respecting this rule. Other things to note We are currently building two Fishing Cabins, which share the 4 acre outdoor area on the lower tier. We are also renovating the landscaping, so please be aware of the minor disruptions during construction. Contractors may be on site thru end-of-year 2025. We are always looking for ways to improve and enjoy the property and plan to have these fishing cabins as well as a fire pit near the river finished approximately Fall 2025. This is a mountain property where you will see lots of wildlife! Commonly we have deer and geese wandering around as well as hawks and eagles! However please be mindful as mountain lions, bears and others are seen in the area. You are welcome to catch and release fish on the property! A fishing license required by Colorado State Wildlife. Must stay in the green line which represents the property boundary. There are a couple in the ponds. Trout from the river can be kept, we just ask for a picture of them and lure type used to aid future guests :)
