Cozy cottage in Värnäs right next to Klarälven

The cottage is beautifully located next to the Klarälven river. In the surrounding area, there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. A five-minute drive will take you to a small swimming pond with its own beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort, it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski trails, it is an hour's drive. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was built in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the property. A nice veranda with a large dining area is located at one end of the house towards Klarälven where you can experience nice sunsets. A small porch with seating is at the entrance. A small hall leads into the house with a well-organized kitchen, toilet and shower room, living room with comfortable seating and fireplace with wood-burning stove. The living room also functions as a second bedroom with a sofa bed. The bedroom has two full-size single beds that can function as a double bed and a smaller bed. If desired, a baby cot can be arranged. The cottage also has a smaller house, "Boa," with electricity but without water. There are two beds. On the farm, about 70 meters away, is also the host couple's residential house and between the houses is a large lawn.
