Low Tide Cottage

Located in the heart of Ogunquit Village, Low Tide Cottage is just steps from Ogunquit Beach, boutiques, dinning, and entertainment like the Leavitt Theater, The Front Porch, and Maine Street. This garden level condo offers privacy with daily natural light throughout the livable space. The space Open concept one level living, this condo is located on the lower level down two sets of stairs through the garden. An outdoor dinning table with grill for entertaining or use the hammock for relaxation. Two bedrooms will sleep 4 guests with an additional sleeper sofa for 2 more if needed. A fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances. Living room offers a sectional with a Roku tv. Laundry room with provided detergent and dryer sheets. Towels, linens, and beach towels are all provided. Guest access Condo B is located on the lower level, please follow the stone walk way then down the stairs through the garden to the entrance. The lower space and back yard is for this unit only. Other things to note We only have 2 parking spots. That is per the association. There is a parking lot in town by the post office called Hutchins. They allow daily and overnight parking for a reasonable rate. Please plan accordingly. Thank you
