Beautiful house with 5 beds where you can spend your holidays The house is located in a strategic point as by bike, in just 10 minutes, you can reach the beaches of the wonderful coast. Corso Roma is 1.5 km away and can also be easily reached on foot. It is also very close to the SS101 and SS274, the main provincial roads of the road network that connect Gallipoli to the other main tourist cities of Salento. CIS: LE07503191000039117 The space The house consists of a large entrance with a living room, a super-equipped kitchen area (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), an outdoor garden and a bathroom. On the first floor, on the other hand, there are the three bedrooms, two of which are double and all with a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Guests will be provided with linens (sheets, towels), included in the price. There are fans in the house for each bedroom. You can park your car comfortably in front of the house. Guest access Guests have access to the outdoor area adjacent to the kitchen, but do not have access to the garden area. It is possible to park the car in front of the doors of the house. Other things to note The accommodation tax for the municipality of Gallipoli is €1 per person (per day), to be paid at check-in. Only guests declared and registered at check-in are allowed in the house.
