Björkhaga Farm is located in a scenic and quiet area in Tåghusa close to Österlen's many attractions. Here you live in the detached and fully equipped guest house of 90 m2. For those interested in nature, there are beautiful forest and nature trails in the immediate vicinity. From the patio, you have views of the nature to the south and horse pastures to the west. From the courtyard there is a view of pastures surrounded by stone fences and forest. You will have your own part of the garden that you will be alone in using during your stay. The space The farm Björkhaga, which has its origins around 1870, is located at the far end, about 700 meters into the small private gravel road, which means that there is no traffic (except for own traffic to & from the property). You will live in the farm's guest house, which has its own part of the garden. The guest house has on the first floor (entrance floor) two separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet, hall and kitchen with dining area. On the second floor, there is an open floor plan with a living room section and a bedroom section and several sleeping places. The house has an exit from the dining area to the patio with seating in the south. The two bedrooms on the first floor also have their own exits to the garden. At the entrance there is a small "courtyard" that is also used by you. From the wooden deck, you have views of the green nature in the south and horse pastures in the west. From the "courtyard" there is a view to the north over pastures surrounded by stone fences and forest. On the property, there are dogs, cats, ducks, horses and sheep. The farm's land is a total of about 15 hectares and consists of beautiful hilly natural pastures surrounded by stone fences and forest. Beds: Bedroom 1, entrance floor: Double bed 140 cm wide Bedroom 2, entrance level: Single bed 105 cm wide Sleeping area, upstairs: Double bed 160 cm wide + 2 extra beds 80 cm Living room, upstairs: Single bed 105 cm wide (the upper floor has an open floor plan with sleeping area and living room) Guests bring their own pillowcases, duvet covers, sheets and towels/shower towels (one pillow and duvet per bed are available, double beds have 2 single duvets). A basic set of toilet and household paper is available, needs beyond this are procured by guests themselves. Hand soap is available. Guest access In addition to having access to the entire detached and fully-equipped guest house, you also have your own part of the garden with patio/deck and "courtyard" with seating and views to the north. With this accommodation, you get your own part of the garden that you are alone in using during your stay. Laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) in separate building can be used if necessary. The property has fiber installed, which means fast internet/Wi-Fi (up to 500 mbit/s) There is a TV in the guest house, in the living room on the 2nd floor (has Chromecast and Apple TV). It is also possible to charge your electric car (at cost price). The charger has a standard Type 2 outlet, 11 kW. Type 2 charging cable (7.5 meters) is available. Other things to note The stairs up to the upper floor are not suitable for small children and a child gate is missing.
