This upstairs bedroom and en suite bathroom features an attached sitting room, offering you the opportunity to unwind after your downtown conference or sporting event. Upstairs we have a total of 3BRs and 2 baths available - ask for rates prior to reserving your space and I will create the special pricing for your listing. This is bedroom 1 of 3 that are available: 1. Our home features the #1 rated Ring security system as well as a keyless entry system )using a digital keypad). Each group is given a unique code to use during their visit. This is convenient for groups, allowing everyone to come and go at their pleasure. 2. Washer and Dryer on the main floor 3. New pillow-top king-size mattress. 4. TV, ceiling fan, separate heater, lots of pillows/blankets. 5. We are usually at home during your stay but we do offer the use of our kitchen for light meal preparation. Please ask if you have additional needs. 6. Occasionally we have guests in the other 2 bedrooms upstairs. Those 2 rooms share a separate bathroom and are on the other end of the house. You have total privacy as your room is at the top of the stairs. Of the the 3 bedrooms, yours is the one I’d sleep in!! Couple of reminders: 1. Garage: There is ample parking in the spacious driveway area by the garage. Many of our guests have avoided expensive downtown parking by carpooling and leaving extra vehicles parked at the house. Uber is another excellent option - $8-10 to downtown. 2. Unfinished basement. We just use it for storage. We try to be here to greet you upon arrival. We will also be very accessible by text/phone during your stay, should anything arise. Home began popping up in the 1940's - each custom built. As you walk around the quiet neighborhood you'll see a home reminiscent of a Frank Lloyd Wright design, one that mirrors an English Castle, another that is quite modern, and others with large columns featuring more southern charm. 1.
