Our former home forms the basis of our current Schwarzwaldliebe Neuried. This touch, brought in by Melanie and me, Michael, supplemented by 2 new high-quality double beds and a new branded sofa, makes your stay an experience that you will gladly think back on. The lovingly furnished apartment with 80 m² is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Ichenheim. The space This quietly located spacious apartment has a large living room with a new couch. A large area houses the open kitchen with dining table and the green new double bed 180 × 200 cm. Our Black Forest room includes the new box spring bed 180 x 200. The toilet is separate. The freestanding bathtub and the large rain shower 90 x 120 cm complete this feel-good oasis, the floor of which consists of about 50% oak parquet and high-quality vinyl flooring. You can fill our pillows according to your own wishes! We store a double set of duvets for you in the bedroom closet! Other things to note We have a lockable bicycle/motorcycle garage for you which you can use free of charge. Two stand up paddles can be rented. The 2 car parking spaces are located right by the property on our property and are free of charge. We are happy to share our charcoal grill with you, of course free of charge! The air conditioners, both indoor units on the beds, are from the test winner of Stiftung Warentest and are called Daikin Perfera. In order not to have to increase the price in general, we handle it in such a way that the air conditioning is only paid for when it is used. We charge a fee of 10 EUR extra per day. Both indoor units are included here.
