Relax and experience nature in this peaceful home located with the forest as the nearest neighbor and proximity to the Skåneleden trail and the cliff with great views. Perfect location right between Lund and Österlen for those who want to discover Skåne and nature. Just take a step out of the garden and you'll be out in the woods and can start your hike. There is also a cat in the house, so we prefer guests who like cats, as the cat is part of the stay. There is a dog in the home, but not during the stay. The space Newly renovated kitchen and dining area in 2024. Brand new bathrooms since 2018. One bathroom with a bathtub, a guest WC and a laundry room with a shower (2022). Winterized patio with both a dining table and a cozy corner by the fireplace. One bedroom with a double bed, two children's rooms and a guest room. Large wooden deck with dining table for 6 people and two lounge sets with a sofa and two armchairs. South-facing garden. Perfect for a couple with or without children who want to enjoy nature, tranquility and the animals. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note NOTE! There are pets in the home (a dog and a cat). Our outdoor cat is included in the stay, so we expect you to feed it and give it water (according to the instructions provided at check-in).
