Apartment located on the first floor of an ancient building without a lift. Splendid view of the canal from where the typical Venetian gondolas pass. It accommodates 4 people in 85 square meters of space with two double bedrooms. We are located in the Cannareggio district, 15 minutes from Piazza di San Marco and 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Fondamenta Nove vaporetto stop 5 minutes away. It is not possible to find parking nearby as it is a central area. The space LIVING AREA: eat-in kitchen equipped with kitchenette, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven divided from the living area where there are TV and split A/C, a two-seater sofa and a single sofa. BEDROOM I: double bed and split A/C, splendid view of the Canal. BEDROOM II: double bed (if necessary become two singles, ONLY on request) and split A/C.
