Located in the small village of Brantham on the river Stour, Leno Villa is within walking distance of the bustling town of Manningtree, the historic waterways of Flatford Mill & a short car ride from many other highlights of the Essex/Suffolk countryside. We’ve recently renovated the property to create a calm & stylish spot to enjoy alone or with friends & family in a magical part of the country. The space ? Guest access The whole place, including garden will be yours to enjoy! Other things to note Please note: - The back gate leads to our garden, so is not to be used by guests - The bathroom is downstairs - It’s and old house so the stairs are fairly steep Please also be aware we are having issues with an intrusive weed under the gravel - we are treating it but it’s a relatively long process as it’s a strong weed. During this time there may be more weeds in the garden and on the drive than usual, we apologise for any inconvenience.
