Our 80 m2 apartment with 400 m2 garden was curately designed by ourselves and a local architecture firm with the mission to create our little nest. We are currently not accepting instant booking to ensure the quality of guests and confirm the reason for requesting medium term accommodation. This is not a tourist rental. An agreement will separately need to be executed. First floor with no elevator. Minimum one month stays. The space The central piece of the house is the living room and kitchen. The connection between the indoor and outdoor is constant, both in the living and in the master bedroom (with its own bathroom!). The garden lets you enjoy a glass of wine at night or a siesta in the grass, while no car noise will be heard. Guest access You will be able to access the full property including the private terrace for your own exclusive use Other things to note No parties allowed in the house nor terrace. Lunches or dinners are allowed, always respecting the neighbors. Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the house. No pets allowed.
