The space Our Nosara home is designed with two separate areas to provide a comfortable balance between socializing and relaxation. Social Area: This space includes a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a covered terrace, and a TV room. The TV room can also function as a third bedroom, featuring a pull-out sofa, a sliding glass door with a lock, privacy curtains, and its own bathroom. Rest Area: This section has the master bedroom and a bunk room, both with private bathrooms. Blackout curtains in each room ensure a peaceful and restful sleep. Our home offers a practical yet comfortable setting, perfect for enjoying all that Nosara has to offer. Other things to note While we offer modern comforts, our home is truly immersed in nature. Here's what to expect: 1. Wildlife Encounters: Wake up to the sounds of howler monkeys in nearby trees. 2. Occasional Power Outages: Brief power interruptions (usually resolving within 30 minutes) are part of the Costa Rican experience. 3. Insect Management: We work with a professional pest control company to minimize insect presence. However, some encounters inside and outside of the home are inevitable in this jungle setting. (Moths, butterflies, beetles, dragonflies, etc.) The typical bugs you'll see are harmless, but we want to set clear expectations. 4. Transportation: To fully explore Nosara's beautiful beaches and surroundings, we highly recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle, quad, or side-by-side for the most convenient and enjoyable experience.
