The space Natural light is the highlight: H5 has four windows, three forming a bay. It has a bed, desk for remote work or study, wardrobe, Smart TV and its own lock. The room is beside the kitchen and is reached through this shared space. You may hear other guests cooking. Please bear this in mind if you are a light sleeper or need to sleep during the day. The house is in Sevilla la Nueva, a town near Madrid, close to Farmacia El Hórreo. Local shops, bars and countryside walks let you enjoy village life during your stay. Heat-pump cooling and heating. Guest access The house has 5 rooms, each with its own lock. All 5 share the kitchen-dining area. H2, H3, H4 and H5 share one full bathroom and a separate toilet without a shower. H1 has its own bathroom. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, utensils and washing machine. Cook at your own pace: you have a cupboard labelled with your room number and allocated fridge space to keep your food organised. The property has two symmetrical 10 Gbps internet connections. The seasonal pool is currently open, from 9 am to 10 pm. It cannot be reserved for exclusive use. Bring your own pool towel; no food or drinks are allowed in the pool. Parking The house is in a private residential development with space to park for free on the local streets. Parking is outside the property grounds. Keep garage entrances clear and follow street signs. Outdoor cameras For security, the property has outdoor cameras monitoring only shared areas and access points, including the porch, entrances and pool area. They record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the accommodation. During your stay Self check-in is via a key lockbox; there is no in-person reception. You will receive instructions through Airbnb messaging for entering the property and accessing your accommodation. Please read them before travelling and message us if anything is unclear. GETTING AROUND Approximate travel times from Sevilla la Nueva, depending on traffic, timetables and your exact destination: • Universidad Europea (Villaviciosa de Odón campus): around 15 min by car in light traffic. By bus, take line 532: around 20 min directly from “Sevillanos–Santa Bárbara” to “Complejo UEM–Edificio B”. Only selected Monday–Friday services on working days enter the campus. Search for “532 Sevilla la Nueva Universidad Europea” on CRTM or Arriva and check outward and return timetables for your dates. • UAX (Villanueva de la Cañada campus): around 20 min by car; around 30 min on the 530 bus, which runs on working weekdays. • Central Madrid, Sol area: around 35–45 min by car in light traffic; about 1 hour by public transport when connections work well. • Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport: around 45 min by car and about 1 hr 30 min by public transport with good connections. Allow extra time for walking to stops, waiting and transfers. Weekends, rush hours and your airport terminal can make journeys considerably longer. There is no metro or train station in town. The 532 bus connects to Colonia Jardín metro station. Check your route and current timetables before booking, especially for classes, work or an early flight. PLEASE CHECK THAT THIS STAY SUITS YOU • Check-in from 3 pm; check-out by 11 am. Ask in advance about different times; these depend on availability and may cost extra. • Only guests included in the reservation may enter. No visitors allowed. • Respect everyone’s rest: quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoors; no parties or barbecues. • Leave shared spaces and utensils clean and tidy after use. Respect other guests’ privacy, food and belongings. • The seasonal pool is shared with other guests and is currently open from 9 am to 10 pm; no food or drinks in the pool. • Use the bathroom bin: do not flush paper or wipes.
