The house has a total of five rooms, each with its own individual key to ensure your security and independence. The house features a patio, green areas, and a pool. It has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-dining area. The pool is exclusively for guests and is only open during the summer months. Guest access The shared areas include the dining room, kitchen, full bathroom, and the toilet on the main floor. The kitchen has ample space to store your items, both in the cabinets and the fridge-freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and washing machine. You will also find all the cookware and utensils you need for cooking. Please respect that the kitchen and bathrooms are common areas and keep them clean after use. Other things to note Most frequent distances: -It takes 1 hour to get to Sol by public transport and 30 minutes by car. -It takes about 30 minutes to get to UAX by bus, 20 minutes by car. -It takes 15 minutes to get to the UEM - Universidad Europea de Madrid by car, 20 minutes by bus. -It takes an hour and a half to get to the airport by public transport, and 45 minutes by car.
