The space The Nautical Loft is a complete apartment (see photos) with a privileged location, given that it is a few steps from the Center of Tampico and as an added value, outside the hustle and bustle and also a block and a half from the Metropolitan Park "Laguna del Carpintero" Convention Center, of the Nautical School of Tampico, this area being the most visited tourist area. The apartment is 65 meters, on the ground floor and 2 is located in a 200 square meter property, it is a rectangle, where in that area, there is a living room with 4 pieces of furniture and decorations related to the Nautical world, pictures, oars, boards, anchor, life jackets etc. There is a breakfast bar and a dining room with 4 chairs, there is also the kitchen with all its appliances, 3 fans and all the windows have blinds, it has a door that gives access to a corridor that connects to the bedroom and on one side it has a large closet. This common area also serves as a service area, where the washing machine, dryer, and a carver shared between the 2 apartments are located. However, this apartment has its own service area in front and also a meat grill. Other things to note The property is located on the main street that starts from downtown Tampico, Fray Andrés de Olmos and Calle Esperanza, just about 3 blocks from downtown and a block and a half from Boulevard Perimetral (Metropolitan Park) The area is very safe and quiet. There is currently a parking lot for normal cars or vans. It is indoors with a gate, lighting and roofing and is also a common area. The bathroom is spacious and has a tempered glass door with 2 sliding panels that must be opened slowly and carefully. Access to the property is through a door that has a key box with a PIN. Please always put the double pin on it.
