Welcome to our cozy cottage! The cabin has a sheltered location, great views, lake view, five minutes to walk to the lake, both rocks and sandy beach within walking distance. The coastal path is 100 meters below the cabin The cabin consists of three bedrooms in the main cabin, as well as a small annex with three beds, a total of 10 beds. Open kitchen solution facing the living room, terrace, south-facing terrace, very good sun conditions. One bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet in its own room. Dishwasher, coffee maker, grill, pizza oven included. The space Large lawn with space to play e.g. Badminton, kubb, boccia, croquet, ball games. Equipment for this is in the storage room at the annex. There are also available four bicycles of decent quality, two fishing rods, paddle board and rubber boat. Great and large terrace with daybed, party tent with heat lamp and light. There is a trampoline of good quality in the garden. There is a tiny hole in the trampoline that is taped with duct tape. You jump at your own risk. Several berry bushes (cherries and currants) can be harvested if you are there at the right season. Five minutes walk to the coastal path that stretches from Stavern to Helgeroa, great coastal landscape. 10 minutes walk to great swimming area with a rock (called Jesperen), also available sandy beach ten minutes walk from the cabin (at Stetere camping). Stavern and Nevlunghavn are nice excursion places, with shops, ice bars, cozy cafes. Every summer, several nice things are arranged in Stavern. For example, the market days on Wednesdays throughout July. Take a trip to Ingrid's ice bar in Stavern, a sure winner! Or how about a trip to Fredriksvern, the old military barracks in Stavern, or how about a trip to Odd Nerdrum Museum that opened in 2024? If you have children, a visit to Foldvik is mandatory, with a water park for the little ones, animals, slides, children's parade, theater performances. Located two kilometers from the cabin. A parking space is included with the cabin, 120 meters to walk to the cabin from the parking lot. Additional cars can be parked in the public free parking lot below the cabin. Note that the cabin is diligently used by our family, you will come to a place that is visibly used by us. Food will be in the cupboard, several private things will be out in the open. There is cleared cupboard space for you both for food and for clothes. There is no Wi-Fi in the cabin. But it is possible to connect the iPhone to the cable that is connected to the TV.
