'The Studio'

The Studio, a calm space, in a very tranquil location, to spend a few days, or break up a long journey. It is hidden away in our peaceful smallholding in Central France, and yet just 20 minutes from the A20. Close to villages and small towns where you can find Boulangerie's, shops and restaurants. The Studio sleeps 2, but a travel cot (and bedding) for babies can be provided (please message to check for availability, as we have one travel cot between two listings) The space The Studio is a small, comfortable and calm studio apartment, with a double bed; a small sofa (looking out the French doors to the beautiful view); a small kitchenette ( which contains a small fridge to keep food cold, and a microwave to heat food up); a small dining area (which can easily be moved outside if the weather suits); and a shower room. Bedding and Towels are provided. The Studio sleeps 2, but a travel cot (and bedding) for babies can be provided (please message to check for availability, as we have one travel cot between two listings) The Studio is situated in our smallholding. Where we have 2 dogs (an old Labrador, called Cerberus, and a young English setter/griffon cross, called Galahad), chickens and sheep. We are in the (slow) process of reclaiming the land from brambles and nettles, but a walk around the small holding is kept cut, taking in a small stone circle and rustic rose arch. It passes through fields where we have a small flock of Jacob sheep. Guest access The Studio is attached, but self contained, with it's own outside door. There is plenty of off-road parking. There is space to sit outside. There is also a small walk mowed around the land (that takes about 30 mins).
