The outside garden areas are shared with the property owners, who live in the house next door. The house next door isn’t accessible, it’s just the cottage which you will have access to. Other things to note * A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is held on your card in the same way hotels process a deposit at check-in. The hold is renewed every 5 days (as it cannot remain active for longer), and while some banks display this as a transaction and others as a pending hold, please note it will not be charged unless there is a breach of our terms and conditions. Alternatively, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. The waiver provides coverage of up to £250 for accidental damage during your stay. Please note that it does not cover intentional damage, unauthorised activities (such as smoking or parties), excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, or loss/theft of property. * All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in. * Please message us if you require a late check out.
