Come and say hello My house is a one bedroom apartment with lots of natural light and sun. Sunny patio with hammock on the waterfront where you can enjoy panoramic city views. Big kitchen with gas stove (bottles), dining table, fridge, freezer and cabinets, including all cleaning materials. Bathroom with shower, sink and laundry machine and a separate toilet Sunrise is on the bedroom and kitchen side. Sunset is on the living room & balcony / waterfront side. All windows can open and are fitted with mosquito nets. The apartment is on the 4th floor and can be reached by a broad staircase (but no elevator). Within the apartment and on the balcony you’ll find several plants, that need to be watered weekly 🤞☺️ The apartment has a covered bicycle shed (free for renters) and a paid car parking in front of the apartment. Guest access Guest have access to all the rooms in the apartment (bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate toilet, patio). There is paid parking in front of the apartment and around the block. Several restaurants and shops on walking distance Other things to note FAQ ELEVATOR There is no elevator in the flat so another reason to travel light 😁. PARKING There is parking available in front of the appartement and throughout the rest of the neighbourhood. The parking fee is €2,08 per hour between 9:00AM and 18:00PM from Monday until Friday. In the weekend it’s free to park, just as in the evening after 18:00. There is no day-card available. LIGHTS When you enter the house, the lights are on your right hand side (next to the front door). The kitchen light is behind the glass apothecary cabinet. In the living room you’ll find light on your left and right hand side when entering. For the bathroom there are two cords in the corner on the left side. One is for electricity of the washing machine. The other one is for the light.
