The space The properties are located in an area very close to downtown Valencia, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, and are very well connected by metro and bus to the entire city, the beach and the airport. The area is quiet, family-friendly and residential, with little traffic at night to facilitate rest, and it has many shops and bars nearby. In addition, the properties are a short walk from the Turia Gardens and the Alameda and a few meters from the Mestalla stadium. In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, it is essential that guests provide their information for registration and check-in, either in writing in the Airbnb chat or via the link sent at the time of booking. For each traveler, the following is required: full name, ID or passport (and, if ID, support number; in some cases, a photograph of both sides), date of birth, address or domicile, zip code, municipality, country, phone number, and email. For minors, only the full name and kinship or relationship is requested. The signature of each traveler is also required, either electronically or in person. Hosts are required to send this information to the Ministry of the Interior, in accordance with Spanish tourism regulations, in order to maintain public safety and monitor who is staying in the country. During your stay We communicate with our guests from the time of booking via the Airbnb app chat. We are available to help with any questions every day via the Airbnb chat, usually from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Outside those hours, we may not be available. If you contact us on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it might take us a bit longer to respond, but we'll always be available. We have written detailed check-in instructions to make the process clear and simple. The keys are accessed through a code box: you have to enter the code and pull down the tab while opening the lid to access the keys. If guests are not familiar with this type of box, they can find tutorials on the internet on how to open a key box with a code. We personally make sure that the lockbox is working properly on the same day of check-in to avoid any inconvenience.
