Its location allows you to enjoy urban life while remaining in the calm of a peaceful neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, Supermarket, Bakery... Possible to accommodate 6 people (Clic-Clac) but loss of a certain comfort. Recommended for 4 adults and 2 children. Near train station to access Paris. The space You will surely be seduced by my charming, bright and light apartment. Very comfortable for 4 people, can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its sofa bed in the large bedroom. Private entrance, modern kitchen, dining room, bedroom with 2 single beds that can be twinned. On the intermediate floor, shower room with toilet. On the top floor, shower, large cathedral bedroom, TV corner and desk available. Plenty of storage. I tried to think of everything for your stay, as if I were to receive my family or friends there. We chose to put the relaxation/conviviality/TV corner on the top floor to separate the early risers (children sleeping on the 1st floor) from the late risers (on the top floor). I hope you enjoy your stay there. The apartment is NON-SMOKING for all types of products (even with open windows) for the well-being of all. Not everyone appreciates the smell of cold tobacco for example. The accommodation is called Atypical because the bathroom belongs to the bedroom on the top floor. The door to the top floor can be locked from the inside, no worries about your privacy. The staircase to access the top floor has shallower steps than on the other floors.
