Back porch area and yard are fully fenced. Large picnic table / bbq area covered as well with lighting! Double gates make easy access to backing your boat and truck into the yard. There is also an RV hook up on that side of the yard that could be used for a Travel Trailer for extra guest, upon approval with host. Guest access All areas are accessible to guest except for storage/boat shed. Other things to note Pets are allowed in fenced area outside or small pets inside if kenneled. Pets must be potty trained (no puppy pads). Must not get on furniture or beds. Pet deposit may be required. No aggressive breeds or animals with any bite history. ****Animals will be approved on an individual basis.
