Clean, cozy and relaxing stand alone room with it’s own independent entrance and patio in a peaceful and prestigious lake community. The room has it’s own restroom, closet, kitchen, office desk and sofa living area. Located near the Airport, Arena, TAMIU (University), Baseball Stadium, Restaurants, Shopping Centers. Services included are Roku, Netflix, Disney Plus, Microwave, Mini fridge, electric hot flat pan, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Hair dryer, iron, hot steamer and much more. The space Stand alone suite on the side of a house does not share areas. Has a private entrance with a patio. Guest access Guests will have access to a private and independent patio with a small table and two garden chairs. The suite has a stand alone entrance with a code and entrance instructions we will provide for you. Other things to note Option for long stay guests (3 weeks or more). We do provide washer and dryer for an extra fee of $20 per day of use. Must schedule the days needed within 24 hours in anticipation.
