This jungle hideaway is an extremely quiet hideaway perched on top of “Gringo Hill” IT HAS FAST INTERNET,only 4 blocks away from the beach and 2 blocks away from the plaza. You can walk downtown (or to the main surf break) in less than 5 minutes. Stunning tropical gardens terraced over an acre provide total privacy. The space We have owned the house for 25 years and have kept it a jungle paradise but have included all of the modern amenities. The house is air-conditioned with two brand new palapa houses and one 8-meter tower that gives you one of the best views in Sayulita. The property stays cool all year round as the shade from the massive Higuera and Fig trees. The trees also bring the beautiful sounds of birds. The property also boasts one of the largest swimming pools in Sayulita measuring, 35 ft x 15ft x 6ft deep. The pool is also heated. The main house has a large kitchen, living room and bedroom. The central deck, built amongst the trees, overlooks the pool and the ocean. Each detached palapa house has a bedroom room each and shares a bathroom. One palapa also has a loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It is a truly magical sleeping loft under the palm roof. Walk up the garden trail to the top of the hillside to find the mirador palapa. Even though Casa Encantada can sleep 10 in comfort, it doesn't feel like a giant unoccupied house if you are, say, just 4. The rooms are spread out and totally private. Guest access Casa Encantada has two access points. One on Marlin Street, giving easy and quick access to the beach and town. And the other via Puesta Del Sol, with access for a car and golf carts next to the lawn. This is our beloved family home that we are happy to share with you. Internet: We have a fast fiber optic internet connection to our access provider and numerous wireless access points providing robust WIFI service throughout the property. Download speeds average 150MB/S and upload 38MB/S. This is more than enough for downloading movies and video calls. House cleaning service is provided two days per week.
