Marie-Laure and Olivier will welcome you to this studio in the heart of the Pinède for a Sète getaway surrounded by nature and in all seasons. Enjoy the calm, freshness, and greenery in this typical place of Mont Saint Clair. The space The accommodation is a studio of about 30 m2, it is equipped with a fitted kitchen, and a private and shaded terrace to enjoy the outdoor setting. Guest access Location on Mont-Saint-Clair, a 10min walk from the Corniche district and its beaches as well as all the local shops and 20/25 min walk to the city center. The beaches of Lido are a twenty minute walk away, bus lines will easily take you there in the summer. The accommodation is accessible via a small narrow street, very typical of Mont Saint-Clair. We have a parking space for guests on the property (small maneuvers are to be expected to exit the garden). Other things to note The studio is an outbuilding adjoining a villa inhabited year-round, but its access is independent. The garden is uneven (about fifteen steps between the parking lot and the studio). It is important to note that we live with our dog Sam. Respect the calm of the place and neighborhood.
