Spacious room in the Mangfall Valley

From this centrally located accommodation in the rural south of Munich, you are in no time at all the important places. Whether by bike a tour on the river or in the mountains, e.g. Spitzingsee, Tegernsee or by car sightseeing or by train (5 minutes' walk) excursions to Chiemsee, Wendelstein... or simply relax in the garden. Supermarket (EDEKA; dm and Aldi 15 minutes' walk) The space The room (1st floor) with thick walls is equipped with a solid wood floor and painted with lime paint, of course. In the room there is a double bed, a wardrobe, a table and a chair. There is a sink in the room. The farmhouse has a relaxed and natural atmosphere. From the front door, a large corridor extends from which you can reach the living room, bathroom, toilet, stairs to the rooms and the kitchen from which you can reach the garden and terrace. The farmhouse is integrated into a small village and yet centrally located, train (about 5 minutes' walk), EDEKA supermarket; Aldi, dm (about 15 minutes' walk), A8 (about 10 minutes), immediately in nature, on meadows and in forests or in the wild and beautiful garden. Guest access There is access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, small office, balcony, terrace and garden. Parking space for one car in front of the house. For more, a free P+R parking lot at the train (5-minute walk) is available free of charge During your stay I am happy to be available as a contact person when I am traveling professionally, via phone or family. There's always someone nearby. Other things to note The rooster crows, the dog barks, the church bell rings and the train passes by in sight. The farmhouse is about 400 years old and has thick walls and rather smaller windows.
