The space The living area features a cosy 3-seater sofa, providing ample space for relaxation, complemented by a comfortable tub chair for additional seating. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a versatile zip and link bed, giving you the option of either two single beds or a king-size bed, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 2 offers a luxurious king-size bed for a restful night's sleep, while Bedroom 3 provides a single bed, ideal for solo guests or children, ensuring a comfortable and practical layout for any group size This property offers convenient amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Free on-street parking is available, along with a 24/7 self check-in service for flexibility on arrival. Complimentary WiFi keeps you connected, and all bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials such as a fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cutlery and cookware. You can enjoy meals at the dining table and chairs provided, while an iron and ironing board are included to keep everything in order. A TV with Netflix is also included for your entertainment. Guest access When you arrive at the property, you can park for free on the side of the road outside the property. Please ensure you do not block any residents’ driveways. Once parked, you will see a lock box on the side of the property by the front door. Use the code sent on the check-in message / email to access the keys. Other things to note PET POLICY: £25 pet fee per pet which can either be paid up front or taken from the refundable damage deposit.
