Large bedroom, kitchenette, closet & bathroom, accessed by a separate entrance off the driveway at the back of a private residence. Guests have full use of the driveway. Ample blankets & towels, wifi, Roku TV, coffee, tea, snacks, filtered water, fridge, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Need anything else? Just let us know! Other things to note Please note that there is a large construction project in our neighborhood, active Mon-Fri & some Sat mornings. If you are very sensitive to noise, this may not be the best accommodation for you!
