The Prospect Street Parking Lot is a paid lot everyday 6:00am-2:00am. Outdoor space - the patio/yard directly in front (shown in pictures) is a space just for you and your guest. It is an open style common courtyard on one side that is connected to the neighbors. The yard is fenced in with access to the front of the building on Church Street and gate to the parking lot on Prospect Street.
