Our quiet house will offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family. The fully fenced and wooded land, without neighbors, extends around a secure 5x10 m swimming pool with a large sheltered terrace conducive to rest and conviviality. Sunbathing and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. Nearby, the shops of the village of Mollégès are accessible within a 5-minute walk (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, bars and restaurant...). The space You have a fully equipped kitchen and a back kitchen that also serves as a laundry room. A large living room overlooking the garden will welcome you for the coolest evenings. And finally, you will find 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: a master suite on the ground floor and 2 double bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and toilet.
