Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom coastal cottage on a 1/2 acre and on a private street close to the ICWW. Bring your boat/kayak/SUP/RV or trailer - ample space to park at this whole house rental property. Located only 1 mile from Trails End Public Boat Ramp! Location is approximately 20 mins to downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to Carolina Beach and 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. The space The living room features a smart TV and a pull out sofa (sleeps up to 2), the Master Bedroom has a King Bed (sleeps 2) and the 2nd bedroom has a King Bed (sleeps 2). Both bedrooms have smart TVs. Linens Included. 2 full bathrooms - both accessible from a bedroom and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your essentials except a dishwasher - refrigerator is full size. Regular coffee maker - coffee not provided. Feel free to bring your own! All sinks and the ice maker have water filtered through a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system. (The small faucet next to each regular sink faucet). This water is recommended for use for cooking and drinking. However, the property is on a well, so the shower may have a sulfur smell to it. We do have a water softener system to assist with this. We are in the south and are in a coastal area. We have Palmetto Bugs here (you may want to google them). We have a pest company spray on a schedule to prevent them, but you may see them occasionally. The whole yard is fenced in - front and back Wifi is provided. Washer and dryer on site. Guest access The entire property and detached garage is accessible to guests Self checkin - Keyless entry with code provided. Check-out is at 10am - Check-in is after 3pm Other things to note Pet Policy - We are a dog-friendly home - limited to 2 - upon request with a $75 nonrefundable pet fee, per dog, that applies for the duration of your stay. Sorry, no cats! Any unapproved pets found on the property will result in a $250 pet fee, per pet. Cancellation Policy - see Cancellation Policy for specific details on cancellation. There is a doorbell camera on the property for safety and security of the home and our guests. The detached garage also has an exterior camera.
