Completely renovated, we're sure you'll enjoy your stay at this sweet 2 bedroom cottage with sleeping porch. It's a short, easy drive from the cottage to any of the sites and activities that the Hudson Valley offers such as historic sites, hiking, biking, antiquing, wine, cider or craft beer tasting, amazing restaurants, and so much more! If you want to enjoy a night in, we've got you covered with a full kitchen, deck and grill under the patio lights. The cottage contains two bedrooms and a sleeping porch. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the porch has a twin bed. There is one bathroom, a living room, open kitchen / dining room, two mudrooms, and a deck off the back. The cottage sits on 3/4 of an acre. Guests have access to the entire property. We live next door and can offer help and recommendations. Guests can contact us via text message. Blue Spruce Cottage is located in the hamlet of Clintondale. Set in a friendly country neighborhood, the cottage is walking distance to the Gunk Haus restaurant, Spacial Issues, and Grandpa's Vintage Attic. You can also enjoy walking or jogging up the street for some fresh country air and exercise. The cottage offers ample parking. Other than Gunk Haus, Grandpa's Vintage Attic, and Spacial Issues, you will need to drive to other destinations, however the cottage is centrally located so the drive to neighboring towns is about 10-20 minutes in any direction. While we are pet friendly, we only allow one small to medium sized well behaved dog which must be disclosed/approved during the booking process (pet fee applies). Please, no surprise pets during your visit! Additionally, for safety reasons, we are not allowing guests to start fires in the wood stove.
