Panorama, it's the perfect location for those eager to join the stands cheering in races that happen on the Mt Panorama Motor Racing Circuit like the upcoming Repco Bathurst 1000 (5-8 October) The space Situated on 6010 sqm of prestige land, this beautiful home has 5 spacious bedrooms with a total of 4 queen beds and 2 singles, ideal for accommodating up to 10 people. In addition to the main bathroom which is fitted with a bath and shower, there are two ensuites, and all rooms have built-in wardrobes. There’s an open plan kitchen fully equipped with an electric stove, an oven, dishwasher, airfryer, kettle and toaster, and cutlery and utensils are all provided. As Bathurst gets quite cold, the home also has a fireplace and air conditioning in the lounge, and portable heaters are provided for other rooms. Outside in the courtyard, we also have a fireplace and a barbecue grill for you to enjoy the fresh and crisp air of Bathurst. With the home furnished in antiques and a touch of influence from the British Colonial style, we hope you enjoy the cosy and warm atmosphere our home provides. There is a laundry room provided with a washing machine and dryer for you to use, and an extra toilet in the laundry. Also on the property is a garage enough to fit five cars and a small workshop, so bring your friends on a small road trip to Bathurst if you wish! Unfortunately, as of now, our front driveway is unsuitable for low cars to come in and out of as it is steep and has ditches on both sides due to gutterways and we are still in the middle of contacting the local council to troubleshoot this issue. At the very front of the property is flatter, level ground, fitting as camping ground and space for caravans, so you are free to bring your own camping supplies if you’d like to have a night under the stars. Guest access Guests have access to all of the house. It is a self check-in property. Guests will be given a code to check in closer to their booked dates. Other things to note This is a quiet area and respecting our neighbours is ESSENTIAL. No loud parties allowed. For big groups, please try to keep your noise level down, as it is disrespectful to the people living around here and any noise complaints will result in bad reviews on your Airbnb profile. The whole property is fenced, but make sure to still keep an eye on your children. Smoking inside the house is not permitted; please smoke outside and discard cigarette butts appropriately. Shoes are also not permitted in the house, as to keep the house clean as possible due to having rugs and carpet in the house.
