Located on the 1st floor of a 1930s art-deco building with caretaker, this large 80 m² two-room apartment offers a pleasant living environment, combining comfort and vintage pop style. The accommodation, spacious and bright, consists of a double living room with a dining area, a sofa bed, and a balcony terrace. The ROOM is on the courtyard side, ensures peace and quiet. The double bed is comfortable. Closets and clothing rack available, spare sheets & towels. We have 2 cribs and 2 high chairs for meals, please do not hesitate to ask us in advance! The BATHROOM has a bathtub lined with a shower and an Art Deco-style sink. A washer with built-in dryer, easy to use, and a closet with nice storage space. The toilet is equipped with a hand shower. An iron and ironing board are also available. The OPEN KITCHEN, equipped with a bar, is ideal for sharing convivial moments. It is equipped with oven, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker. You can have your coffee at the bar, in the dining area or why not on our small covered terrace, it will also allow smoking guests to take a break outside. The LIVING ROOM is large and bright, 2 sofas including 1 sofa bed. Dining ROOM (opens to living room) serves easily as an office.
